<aside> 👋🏽 Hey Steve! As discussed, we would love to collaborate with you on hosting an event for Lentil in October, as well as explore other ways to work together! I (Weiwei) have included more context on what we are building, and the project details. Let me know if you have any additional questions in the meantime, otherwise I’ll see you on Monday!

🌱 What is Lentil

Lentil is a new kind of AI camera app that transform your photos into your favorite anime and cartoon universes. Before Lentil, people couldn’t visualize their imaginations instantly. With Lentil, people will be able to create photos that hint at alternate universe they’re fond of, these imaginations become artifacts for discussions and for hobby groups to form.

Over the past decades, how we express and connect through a visual culture assisted by camera has been evolving: Instagram lets you see people’s lives, Snapchat lets you see people’s authentic moments, TikTok lets you see people’s creative ideas, Lentil lets you see people’s visual imaginations. We at Lentil are peeling back further and zooming into people’s deeper emotionality and the society’s visual culture compulsion.
